What Minnesota testers found at CrownCoins
From 1 verified Minnesota reviewer test — real accounts, real purchases. Our tester's redemption arrived within 1–2 days.
Getting money out is the clunkiest part of the site.
Our Minnesota tester found the withdrawal flow full of friction, from an awkward third-party verification tool to redemption options labeled only by acronym with no processing timelines.
“The withdrawal process had the most friction, the “sumsub” tool feels outdated/unprofessional which is not ideal with payment experiences”
“Withdrawal options are not intuitive titles (ACH, IBT, Skrill, Prepaid) and would benefit from estimated processing timelines.”
A mandatory tutorial slows down your first visit.
Our Minnesota tester found the required navigation tutorial cannot be skipped, part of a dated interface she felt needs a broader refresh.
“The required navigation tutorial is slow and cannot be bypassed”

Quick Verdict

✓ Pros
✗ Cons
Overview
CrownCoins is a well-known sweepstakes casino that has built a steady reputation among players. The platform uses the standard dual-currency model — Gold Coins for free play and Sweeps Coins that can be redeemed for real prizes.
Game Library
CrownCoins offers a reasonable selection of casino-style games including slots, table games, and some live dealer options. The library covers the essentials well, though it does not match the sheer volume of newer competitors. Game quality is solid with titles from reputable providers.
Bonuses & Promotions
New players receive a welcome package of Gold Coins and free Sweeps Coins upon registration. The daily login bonus and periodic promotions keep the experience fresh. The bonus terms are straightforward with standard playthrough requirements.
Redemption Process
Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for cash prizes through standard payment methods. Processing times are average for the industry, though some players have reported occasional delays during peak periods. KYC verification is required for first-time redemptions.
Platform & Mobile
The platform runs smoothly on both desktop and mobile browsers. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, with games organized by category. The responsive web experience is adequate.
Verdict
CrownCoins delivers a dependable sweepstakes casino experience. It may not have the flashiest promotions or the largest game library, but it covers the fundamentals well and has earned player trust over time.

About the Author
Rachel is a Minnesota native who has spent her career defining what a good experience looks like — first through product design schooling in 2015, now as a product manager. She brings that lens to sweepstakes casinos: small friction points add up and pull against something with real potential. Sweeps should be relaxing and fun, so when she tests a site she combs the details for the snags that get in the way. Our editorial team reviews sweepstakes casino platforms, tracks legal and regulatory developments, and evaluates operator bonuses — updating rankings and guidance for readers in this market.
